| There are special charges to overseas destinations and these will be quoted at time of order.
We use a 48/72-hour courier service (although many deliveries arrive next day) to most parts of the UK, excepting Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight where, due to the high charges of our parcel service we shall continue to use Parcelforce. Should customers in these areas require our faster parcel service we shall be pleased to advise the extra costs involved.
We can arrange to send our plants to any EC country and beyond but special charges and conditions apply. Please enquire for details.
We have no minimum order but the above quoted postage and packing charges will apply to all orders, irrespective of size. We are justly proud of our packing and receive many compliments. We use re-cycled materials wherever possible.
In the unlikely event of a package arriving damaged, please sign the carriers note accordingly and advise us immediately. We will replace any damaged plants free of any charges if these conditions are met.
