Pennard Plants collects online information for the sole purpose of serving you more efficiently, and making your online shopping experience more enjoyable.

Pennard Plants wants to ensure you are always satisfied with our services, and our relationship with our users is paramount to our success.

In an ongoing effort to create a hospitable environment for you and all our users, we ask that you read our Service Policy.

Policy


Orders are despatched throughout the year but during the show season - April-September - there may be a delay in processing your order. Please be patient, we will despatch your order as quickly as possible during these months. From October - March we aim to despatch within 7 days, weather permitting.


Pennard Plants strives to offer
you a quality plants which will be of a size to survive and grow at the best possible prices. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Your plants will be shipped at the correct times for planting. Some items are available from September through to April, others we only ship in Spring. When you place your order a confirmation will be sent to you giving approximate ship dates dependant on weather conditions. We ship by 48/72 hr courier unless instructed otherwise, and our parcels are well wrapped to protect against damage. Shipments to the Isle of Wight and certain Scottish destinations will continue to be sent by Parcelforce due to high costs of other means. Remember plants are a perishable product and although we may accept an order early in the season growing conditions may mean a plant may not be available at dispatch time.

In the event that you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and tell us the problem. We will resolve it as speedily as we can.

In the event of you receiving a shipment which is damaged, please sign the courier's note accordingly and contact us immediately for further instructions.
