Oxalis tuberosa - A root crop originating from the Andes. Small multi-coloured tubers are produced in late autumn which may be harvested and used as new potatoes. They have a lemony taste and are great served with a little butter. Plant in April or better still start in pots in March and plant out May. Harvest October. Not frost hardy. Priced for 5 tubers of mixed colours; may include red, pink, yellow and bi-colour
