A superior named variety that is very fast growing. With its small white springtime flowers and crinkly green leaves horseradish looks fairly harmless, but beneath the surface lies the hot-tasting root which makes the finest accompaniment to beef there is. Harvest the tubers in the early autumn, keeping one or two back to re-plant for next year's crop. Likes most types of soils. Priced for a 2 litre pot
Use: Eat as a compliment to beef, chicken and seafood. The leaves can also be lightly steamed and eaten
Please Note - During the winter months (typically from November to March), this plant will be supplied in a dormant state, ie; there will be no visible growth above soil level
