Oca tuberosa - A root crop originating from the Andes. Small tubers are produced in late autumn which may be harvested and used as new potatoes. They have a lemony taste and are great served with a little butter. Plant in April or better start in pots in March and plant out May. Harvest October. Not frost hardy. The tubers can be red, pink or white. Priced for 5 tubers of mixed colours. Shipping to the UK is included in the price. Additional charges to other destinations will apply.
