A local variety bred in Christchurch and also known as 'Ayrshires'. Produces high yields of floury, white-skinned, white-fleshed round tubers with deep eyes. By far one of the best tasting first earlies. Although an early it seems to be able to cope with early frost damage. Recommended use: Bake, Mash, Roast, Steam. Priced for: One Kilo
