Flowers are in purplish whorls, blossoming in late summer. Requires little to no care except cut regularly to allow it to branch out. Ht: 18 inches, perennial, Seed Count Approx - 35 / 40 avg
SOWING - Planting seeds requires patience, as sage seeds are slow to germinate. Scatter seeds overseed starting soil & cover with 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) of soil. Keep the soil damp but not soaked. Succeeds best in a warm & rather dry border, but will grow well almost anywhere in ordinary garden soil; it thrives in a situation somewhat shaded from sunshine, but not strictly under trees, needs very little attention
