Capsicum annuum, Roasted, Stuffed, Drying, Sauces & Salsas, Capsicum annum, WOW - a 2 ft tall and 1ft wide dwarf plant, that yields up to foot-long peppers! The peppers are 8 - 10 inches & have a kinda Medium heat pungency. Turns from green to red when mature. This pepper is wonderful for roasting, pickling, stuffing, drying, sauces & salsas, listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the producer of the largest Chile pods ever grown & has been known to produce 30 chillies per plant (500 to 2,500 SHU), Seed Count Approx - 15 avg 

  SOWING - Peppers require a long, warm growing season. Sow indoors Early Spring or approx 8 wks prior to transplanting, 1 cm deep & provide constant moisture & a warm soil, germination is sometimes slow to start, once seedlings develop 2-3 true leaves, transplant into separate permanent containers or ground with some protection, Best in a greenhouse.

Delicious with a kick

I grew these to maturity, when fully red they are the most delicious sweet thick walled crunchy pepper with the mildest almost imperceptible kick (I did avoid the seeds). Green they are great for Chile rellenos. Not as productive as I’d hoped, but couldread more
