This isn't sweet & not meant to be & can be starchy if boiled, The native Indians normally ground it to make flour, or the whole kernel was used for popcorn & Tribal Ceremonies. Ht: 5 to 6 ft.. When harvesting, wait until the husks are no longer green to pick them, then let the ears dry for about a week.
