Zea mays, Vibrant Multi-Coloured Eared Cobs, (110 Days) The Autumn harvest season isn’t complete without ears of Indian corn embellishing the decor in our homes. Vibrant stunningly multi-coloured eared cobs on a sturdy stalk where the multi-coloured combinations are always varied & do show off the colours of Autumn. This isn't sweet & not meant to be & can be starchy if boiled, The native Indians normally ground it to make flour, or the whole kernel was used for popcorn & Tribal Ceremonies. Ht: 4 to 5 ft..  When harvesting, wait until the husks are no longer green to pick them, then let the ears dry for about a week. Once that's done, you can store them at room temperature for four to six months., Seed Count Approx - 8 avg 

  SOWING - Early sowing indoors is best in early spring Late Feb to May, indoor or under cloches in pots with good protection, A warm windowsill is best, Sow 1.5cm deep one in each pot. Keep warm & water lightly, DO NOT OVER-WATER,  Germination approx 7-21 days. Plant out in block formation May-July, into well-cultivated, fertile soil, when frosts are over. Harvest Sept to Oct just as tassels start to show.
