Phacelia tanacetifolia, Coverage approx 15 sq. mtr (Spring / Summer into Autumn) - Quick growing, good weed suppression, ideal for sowing from March until Sept. Height to One mtr, tolerant of cold & may over-winter if mild. Suits most soil types but is best for dry soils. Dig in before flowering or cut down & compost the foliage, If left to flower, this is one of the top 20 honey-producing flowers for bees & very attractive to bumblebees & hoverflies, So small patches could be left to flower. Seed Count Approx - 18 to 20 grms

 SOWING - Sown March-Sep for summer use (Dig in Autumn) or Sept to early Oct for over-wintering in mild areas, where land is vacant. Dig in before flowering, The nutrients held in the plants during this period are then released & become available to a newly sown or planted crop
