Capsicum annum, Long Thin and Pointed, Named after a city in northern Thailand, in the mountainous province of the same name. Medium hot, (Scoville Heat Units: 5,000) Cayenne Shaped, long thin 10–13 cm long pointed fruits on 76 cm plants mature quickly from a shiny green to stunning dark red and because of its shape, dry fast on the plants. Harvest about 69 days after plants is set outside.  Nice looking on and off the plant yet full of flavour and taste. Best started undercover and moved outside as the weather grows warmer., Seed Count Approx - 15 avg 

  SOWING - Sow indoors from February to April, in soil 0.5 cm deep, in separate pots if possible. Pot on in late May into final position with approx 100 days to. Chili’s can be slow to germinate so be patient with them. Compost should not be too moist helping to prevent the seeds from rotting. All chilli peppers are very sensitive to the cold.
