Zea mays, Vibrant White Kernels, F1 (75 days ) Eden Sweet Corn is a Main season, super sweet, crisp and flavourful variety with sixteen to eighteen nice straight rows of tender white kernels on 8 inch ears that are wrapped in tightly layered pale lime green to white husks, Great for fresh eating or preserving. Both the kernels and milk of white corn are creamy white in colour.. the less the white corn is cooked the better the flavour and texture.  SOWING - Early sowing indoors is best in early spring Late Feb to May, indoor or under cloches in pots with good protection, A warm windowsill is best, Sow 1.5cm deep one in each pot. Keep warm & water lightly, DO NOT OVER-WATER, Germination approx 7-21 days. Plant out in block formation May-July, into well-cultivated, fertile soil, when frosts are over. Harvest Sept to Oct just as tassels start to show.
