Early Maincrop. Waxy flesh. Bred in 1872. A very nutty-flavoured and quite different potato. Lovely mashed or with salad. Somewhat akin to Pink Fir Apple, but less knobbly. White skin, yellow flesh, knobbly shape and deep eyes. Use: Boil, Salad, Steam. Priced for: One Kilo
