Postage and Packing charges

We only ship to United Kingdom addresses including Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands. We are unable to ship at the present time to Northern Ireland or any addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
All orders - we have a minimum order value of £7.50. A small handling charge will be added to ALL orders, regardless of value, except those solely for gift vouchers.

SEED ORDERS

Seed orders containing packet seeds only – postage and packing to ALL UK destinations will be free. This includes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Highlands and Islands.

ALL OTHER ORDERS

All other orders including seed potatoes, plants and sundries sent to UK addresses will incur a delivery charge. We reserve the right to alter this charge from time to time and the current rate will be calculated at the time of placing an order.

We are justly proud of our packing and receive many compliments. We endeavour to recycle all packaging materials we might receive so your package will often arrive in recycled packaging. Shredded paper and newspaper along with the cardboard outer box can be recycled again in your compost bin. We generally use paper tape which can also be recycled.

In the unlikely event of a package arriving damaged, please inform the carrier and advise us within 48 hours of arrival by e mail. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge if these conditions are met.
