Your satisfaction is very important to us. Pennard Plants strives to offer you a quality plant which will be of a suitable size to survive and grow in your garden.

When you place an order a confirmation will automatically be sent to you giving an approximate shipping date. We ship by 24/48 hour courier unless instructed otherwise. We will also notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Our parcels are well wrapped to protect against damage. In the event that you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase please notify us of the problem within 10 days of receipt, and we will endeavour to resolve it as speedily as we can.

In the event of you receiving a shipment which is damaged, please sign the courier's note accordingly and contact us within 24 hours for further instructions.
