Chef Chris says: Boil or steam for just 12 to 15 minutes for creamy fluffy potatoes that are ideal for mashing. Just 8 to 10 minutes is enough for par-boiling for roasties. Lovely delicate flavour too.
2nd Early. Floury. With its white skin and pale yellow flesh Harry is the ideal variety for fluffy jacket potatoes, and it's great for mashing and roasting too. Good resistance to scab. Priced for: One Kilo
