Spring planting. Possibly the best of the deep red-brown-skinned round shallots. Prized for its mild flavour without the bite. Use it raw in salads or dressing, or sautéed in sauces. Good early-maturing keeper. Priced for: 250 grams (approx 8 - 10 sets)
