Mint, 'Berries & Cream'

Mentha sp. A deciduous compact, perennial herb with deep-green leaves that smell and taste of berries and mint. It has spikes of mauve flowers in summer. Ht. 30 cm. The flowers are attractive to bees and hoverflies. Priced for: 1 litre pot

Use: Gives a distinctive berry/mint flavour to foods. Make mint tea, add to desserts such as ice cream or muddle the leaves in a mojito.
