Hippophae rhamnoides - Female - A rather robust cultivar with a columnar growing habit and few thorns. Originated out of a cross between a Siberian cultivar and Hippophae Pollmix. The fruits are large, longish oval to cylindrical, red-orange and pleasantly sweet. The fruit stalks are long, allowing easy picking. Ripens from the end of July to early August. A cultivar that is highly recommended for private gardens due to its fruit colours, pleasant taste and early ripeness. Yellow flowers in spring. Thrives in full sun and dry areas. Deer and rabbit resistant. REQUIRES A MALE POLLINATOR TO PRODUCE FRUIT. Priced for a 9 cm pot

Please Note - During the winter months (typically from November to March), this deciduous plant will be supplied in a dormant state, ie; there will be few or no leaves present on the plant
