Also known as sweetscented bedstraw due to its delightful hay scent when dried. A vigorous rhizomatous perennial herb that forms a spreading mat of bright green leaves, followed by star-shaped white flowers from late spring into summer. Deciduous. Hardy. Sun or part shade. Height to 30 cm, spread up to 1.5 metres
