Malus domestica MM106 - Cider/culinary. Raised by Rev. Tom Putt of Trent, Somerset late 1700s. Widely grown in the West Country and the Midlands for cider and cooking until the early 1900's. Unusual irregular-shaped red striped fruit. Eventual height: 2 to 2.5 metres. Pick September, use September-November. Flowering Group C. Priced for a 2 year bush
