Lonicera caerulea - A compact deciduous shrub with grey-green leaves, bearing fragrant white flowers in spring, followed by large dark blue berries from late spring to summer. The berries have a distinct wild blueberry flavour. Eat straight from the bush or use to make jams and pies. Full sun or part shade, well-drained acid or alkaline soil. Self-fertile, but will produce a better crop when planted with another variety. Deer resistant, hardy and low maintenance. Ultimate height and spread 90cm. Priced for a 3 litre pot
