Fig, Perretta - Fan-trained

Ficus carica - Perretta is an early-maturing bushy variety, producing many large fruits even in bad years. It can even produce a late second harvest on fresh wood in good years. Very good flavour, relatively long shelf life on the tree, producing large green to reddish brown, pear-shaped fruits with light red flesh. It has a strong habit, establishing itself faster than most other varieties. Withstands winter frost very well. Priced for a fan-trained specimen in a 10 litre pot.
