Malus domestica. Rootstock MM106. Originated in Blenheim Park, Oxford c.1740. Dessert/culinary variety. Round, slightly flat apple, with a crisp, sweet and juicy flavour. Yellow/gold skin with an orange flush and a few red flecks. Bakes well, and also makes a lovely puree. Pick October, use November to February. Triploid. Pollination Group 3. Priced for a bare-root 1 year Maiden bush
