Blight Resistant. Late Maincrop. Floury Flesh. Exhibition variety, raised in Ireland in 1976. Very robust, extremely high-yielding and very uniform. Formerly called 'Oak Park Beauty'. Short oval tubers with shallow eyes. Red partly-coloured skin and creamy flesh. Resistant to common scab, bruising and splitting and also to potato cyst nematode. Recommended use: Bake, Boil, Chip, Roast. Priced for: One Kilo
