First Early. Floury flesh. Raised by Charles Sharpe in 1900. Tubers are long and oval-shaped, with shallow eyes, white skin and pale, lemon-coloured flesh. The high dry-matter content makes this a great potato in the kitchen, with great all-around cooking use with its fine flavour. Good resistance to common scab. Recommended use: Roast, Steam & Chip.
