First Early. Firm waxy flesh. A favourite white-skinned exhibition variety with good all-around cooking qualities. Produces high yields of smooth shallow-eyed tubers that are short-to-oval in shape. The flesh has a firm texture and a creamy colour. Excellent all round disease resistance. Recommended use: Bake, Boil, Chip, Mash. Priced for: One Kilo
