Second Early. Waxy. Anya is a salad variety bred for the size and yield of Desiree with the flavour of Pink Fir Apple. Good yields of slightly knobbly pink finger-shaped tubers with waxy white flesh and a pleasant nutty flavour. Delicious hot or cold for salad use. Moderate slug resistance. Recommended use: Boil, Salad, Steam.  Priced for: one kilo
