Second Early Salad variety. A very old rare, French variety (1885) excellent for salads. The pretty yellow tubers are smallish and kidney-shaped with a waxy texture and fine flavour. It can be eaten hot or cold, with or without the skins. Improves with storage. Use: salads, boiled or steamed. Priced for: One Kilo
