Chef Chris says: Steam or boil for 20 minutes for delicious potatoes, served hot or use cold in salads. The smooth skins and lack of eyes make them easy to peel too. Sure to become one of our favourites.

ORGANIC. Early Maincrop. Waxy. Has attractive bright red skin and yellow flesh. Tubers are uniformly oval in shape. With an excellent flavour, it is a very useful all-rounder. Uses: boil, mash or roast. Resistant to foliage and tuber blight. Priced for: 6 tubers
