Second early. Waxy. With its yellow skin and flesh, and delicious flavour, Paris is a great substitute for those salad varieties sadly not available this year such as Accent and Linzer Delikatess. The tubers are small but perfectly formed with shallow eyes. Yields are good too. Use: boil, steam, bake and mash.  Priced for: One Kilo
