Pisum sativum. Peashoots are easy to grow, and a flavoursome, nutritious addition to salads and stir-fries. Harvest at around 21 days (15cm) leaving 2 cm of shoot to re-grow so you can enjoy them again and again. Alternatively leave shoots to grow into full plants (100 cm in around 68 days) for sweet-tasting plump peas that are delicious raw, cooked or frozen. Powdery Mildew resistant.
