Phaseolus coccineus. This dwarf, bicoloured variety looks great in containers. Very disease resistant and easy to grow, it grows to a height of around 40 to 45cm, making it ideal as a 'patio vegetable'. Early cropping (60 to 70 days to harvest), it produces a good yield of tasty, slim, straight, stringless 20cm pods over a long period. Train up a small obelisk or support, or let it trail over the sides of hanging baskets or a window box. Seed count approx 20.
