Brassica oleracea vr gemmifera, Sweet Delicate Nutty Flavour, (Italian Heirloom) This is one of those times when you’re walking somewhere & you peer over the fence & there in front of you is this wonderful Red plant staring back & you know you must have it, well this is one of those, an all-over red Vigorous 3ft plant which forms red 1 to 2-inch sized sprouts in fall & winter when planted May to early June. Sweet, delicate, nutty flavours especially after frost when the plants turn even a deeper red. Sprouts stay red when cooked., Seed Count Approx - 75 avg

 SOWING - Remember Crop rotation, Sow mid-spring to Midsummer outside for autumn harvest. (1 to 2 weeks germination). Hardy & needs cool, moist weather with some frost at maturity. Harvest until Nov/Dec or all winter in milder climates. Keep well watered
