Smyrnium perfoliatum, Attracts Butterflies with Showy Yellow Aromatic flowers - Yellow Alexanders is a wonderful accent plant, Spring bloomer provides a late summer display of bright Chartreuse floral domes atop bract-like, rounded leaves pierced by a flower stem. A perennial & an excellent cut flower produces shades of Yellows & intermingled with Acid Green. Grow in large, mixed borders, naturalistic plantings, & open woodlands. Ht: 3 ft, gentle self-seeder & flower arranger dream plant. Smyrnium was named after the Greek Smyrna (myrrh), because of the aroma of the seeds, Seed Count Approx - 26 avg
