Molucella laevis, Lightly scented, Unusual Cut / Dried Flowers, (Originally of Turkish origin) Attractive and unusual cool-weather bedding plant is a lightly scented Annual to about 30 in tall . The 2-in white-veined cup shaped clusters of green bells clinging closely to stems are the outer leaves hiding the true flowers, tiny, fragrant & white, hidden deep within the bells. This makes interesting & long-lasting cut flowers & as dried flowers for winter arrangements, They offer a very contemporary vibe to displays and will compliment most other flowers of varying colour and form., Seed Count Approx - 40   to 45 avg 

  SOWING - Either scatter seed randomly in a protected area in late Autumn, label & check periodically in spring. Or use ‘Cold stratification’ Early Spring.  Sow seeds in middle of a moist (not soaked) paper towel in a lidded container, then into a plastic bag, label it, and put in fridge for a 4 - 5 wks. Sow in Pots for germination . Germination  3 to 5 wks. Grows in average soil, Water deeply in dry weather, grow in a bright place, with direct sunlight
