This is an outstanding heritage self-blanching variety that is both crisp and juicy, yet compact and tidy in growth, reaching only up to 30 inches. This aromatic, full-hearted, ribbed celery features thick and heavy pale yellow/green stringless stalks. It matures in 85 days and does not require blanching or piling soil around it.
