Solanum lycopersicum, Very Very RARE - Open Pollinated, Wrinkled Leaf, A n unusual dwarf variety selected by the late Mr Jim Reeves of Chesterfield in Derbyshire. A lovely plum shaped red fruit, perfect for the window box. A very short jointed unusual wrinkled leaf determinate variety, producing an abundance of small trusses each bearing three to five grape sized, slightly plum shaped cherry tomatoes. With a maximum height of 60cm & spread of 25 to 30cm. Best grown singly in a 2 Litre pot on a windowsill or patio step, great in a window box, in a conservatory or even great in the garden. Under protection this will grow well into late autumn. Delicious, well balanced flavour of the fruits make them a tasty snack.

SOWING - Surface-sown or covered only slightly, Don't allow to dry out but don’t overwater. Keep warm until germination (10 days approx), move to WARM bright light area. After about last frost, transplant out into protected growing pots. Plants can be staked if so desired but will go fine without & side-shoots should be left on. Will grow as well inside or out & not fussy about Pots or open ground, but pots are better, Just depends on your needs & space.
