Bunias orientalis - One of the most hardy and long-lived winter salad greens, providing the first and last greens of the season. Similar to Wild Rocket, with a darker edible 'cut & come again' leaf that, when picked young and eaten raw has a pungent hot flavour like mustard greens. The large strap-like leaves are usually prepared as a slightly cooked green with a nutty pungent, mustardy broccoli flavour. Good substitute for annual kale and collards. Height to approx 60 to 70 cm. Priced for: 9 cm pot
