These asparagus plants are supplied as potted crowns. They are more reliable than open-ground bare-root crowns, with no losses, being easier to plant and will crop in the second year. 

Early-season rich-green German-bred asparagus, producing high-quality spears with an excellent flavour. Being a male hybrid it produces stout spears with tight tips so you get good substantial spears with a delicious bite. Good disease resistance. Harvest late spring. Plant 3-4 crowns per metre.
