Gooseberry, 'Hinnomaki Red' 3 litre pot

Ribes uva-crispa - Mid-season. Very hardy dessert variety, producing heavy crops of medium-sized dark-red fruit with excellent flavour. Mildew resistant. Plant 1.5 metres apart. Pruning usually done in the winter, subsequently cut the leaders back by half to two thirds always to an upward facing bud. Try to form an open centred bush to encourage air circulation and prevent mildew. Priced for: a 3 litre pot
