Citrus, Makrut (Kaffir) Lime

Citrus hystrix. Formerly known as Kaffir Lime. Use the leaves to add the unique flavour to Thai Green curries. The unusual fruit can be used too, the zest and juice having the same flavour as the leaves. Well-drained rich compost, plenty of light. Stand outside in summer. Plenty of feed from spring to autumn to encourage lots of leaf growth. Min temp 5-7C. Priced for: a strong bushy plant in a 5 litre pot
