Prunus persica. Despite only growing a few centimetres per year this attractive dwarf peach tree still produces a good crop of large white-fleshed, white-skinned juicy aromatic fruit. Ideal in a pot on a balcony or patio, or it can be planted out in a small garden. Self-fertile. Pruning is hardly needed; just feed once a year with a good quality fertiliser. Harvest from early to mid-July. Full sun is best. Priced for a 4 litre pot
