Fig, Ice Crystal (large)

Ficus carica - A larger specimen of this very decorative fig, producing purple-skinned fruit with a violet bloom and red flesh, Excellent rich flavour. Attractive, unusual leaves shaped like an ice crystal, with delicious medium-sized fruit that makes it a superb choice for a sunny spot in any garden. Hardy deciduous tree, easy in any free draining soil, but best in very poor soil for good fruit production, or grow in a container to restrict the roots. Priced for a large specimen (approx 1.8 metres tall) in a 10 litre pot
