Diospyros kaki. A compact and cold-resistant variety. Bears sweet, crisp, apricot/pear-flavoured, non-astringent fruit which can be eaten when firm or soft. Self-fertile. The fruit may remain on the tree after leaf drop. Height 2.5 - 3 metres
Use: Can be eaten whole, similar to a plum or apple, sliced into fruit salads, or can be added to smoothies, desserts, and breakfast bowls
