First Early - Floury Flesh. AGM 1998. A sport of Duke of York, from 1942. Good for early showing. Bulks up and goes from red to pink-skinned if left in the ground to produce large tasty bakers. Shallow eyes. A floury-fleshed potato, packed with flavour but which does not disintegrate on boiling. Uses: Bake, Boil, Salad & Chips. Priced for: One Kilo
