First Early. Waxy Flesh. Bred in Northern Ireland in 1947. A good drought-resistant variety for windy sites, and for early growth in a poly-tunnel. Also an ideal exhibition variety for the show bench with its long oval shape, smooth skin and shallow eyes. Doesn't break up when boiled. Recommended use: Boil, chips, salad. Priced for: One Kilo
