Second Early. A multi-purpose variety, known as the 'weight-watcher's potato as it has up to a third fewer calories and a third less carbohydrate than most other varieties. Its creamy texture & flavour mean that as a baked potato it doesn't even need butter to improve its flavour. Oval tubers, yellow skin and pale yellow flesh. Good boiled, roasted, baked, salad or mashed. Resistant to scab. Priced for: one kilo
