Eruca sativa, (Very hot), Wasabi arugula is a natural varietal, a non-GMO, designed through natural seed selection & mimics the true flavour of Wasabi right down to the same nose-tingling hot flush as the spicy wasabi in Japanese dishes. Has bright green spoon-shaped leaves, with a toothed margin and stems that are delicately crisp. Height to about 4 to 6 inches tall, can be eaten raw as well as cooked much like spinach & with white flowers, which are edible but mostly used for garnish. Because of its heat, a little will go a long way, so use it sparingly., Seed Count Approx - 300 avg
