Onion , White Utah 'Jumbo' Big Globe ( long-day Onion)

Allium cepa, Large Full Globe Shape, (130 days – Long day Cultivar)  Full Globe shape very large up to 5 inches diameter and up to 2 pounds. It has creamy white flesh with white skin. This long-day onion is popular because it is a reasonable keeper, a heavy producer and its smooth flavoured bite, its medium-late to maturity offers heavy yields.  Harvest young onions to eat as scallions.
